Order Cancellation by the Customer
Eligibility for Cancellation
You can cancel your order if:
The order has not yet been shipped.
The cancellation request is made within 5 hours of placing the order.

Refund for Canceled Orders
If the cancellation is successful, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.
Order Cancellation by Brahmastra Pharmacy
We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
The product is out of stock.
There are inaccuracies in product pricing or description.
Payment authorization is incomplete or failed.
If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email or phone, and a full refund will be issued promptly.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order
Shipped Orders
Cancellation After Shipment
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. If you no longer want the product, you may return it following our Return and Refund Policy. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Cancellable Items
Certain products are non-cancellable, including:
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
Products that have been personalized or customized.
Refunds
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed as follows:
If the payment was made online, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 3 business days.
For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or to a bank account provided by the customer.
