1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The return request must be made within 1 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
- The product will be return 3-5 business days after return request.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Products that have been opened or used.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
Products not purchased directly from Brahmastra Pharmacy.

2. Refunds
2.1 Refund Eligibility
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.2 Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days.
Refunds for cash-on-delivery (COD) orders will be issued as store credit or to your designated bank account.
2.3 Non-Refundable Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Any promotional discounts applied to the order will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
Notify us within 1 days of delivery.
Provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
We will replace the product at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:
The product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
